Lasur impregnating wood stain
​What is a Lasur? It is a type of special coating, which offers an impregnating action for the integral protection of wood exposed to the weather. It works with an open pore, enhancing the wood's natural color without covering the grain nor forming any film, thus allowing the wood to breathe, move and balance its humidity with that of the environment. Vokter prevents the wood from flaking, the entry of water thanks to its water-repellent action and protecting it from the inside, avoiding damage caused by UV rays, humidity, insects, fungi, among others. The quality of the finish is completely natural, respecting the appearance and veins of the wood, achieving a highly aesthetic finish.

CARACTERISTS
Water-repellent with high resistance to weather and humidity. Fungicide and immunizer that prevents and inhibits the formation of the blue spot fungi and the attack of insects.
USES
For use on facades, doors, windows, balconies, structural elements, floors, decks, docks). IMPORTANT: do not use colorless Vokter outdoors.

​Easy application. Viscosity: 10-12 seconds in a Ford cup. Density: 3.8 kg/gl +/- 0.1 Flash point: More than 61°C ​ Assorted colors (see color chart) Colorless (for interiors only), Teak, Jakaranda, Light Walnut, Limba, Wenge, Chestnut. Matte finish, in some woods it can present shine.
SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be clean, firm, dry, without rust or grease. Always keep in mind that this product is to be applied to wood in its natural or virgin state. ​ Ready to apply, no dilution required ​ Shake with a spatula before and during application to obtain a good homogeneous colour. Apply two coats with a dry cloth or flat brush following the direction of the grain. Always mix the contents of the container well before use. Drying: under normal conditions 20°C / 65% relative humidity. Between coats 3 – 6 hours, dry 24 hours, cured 8 days. Fields of application: new and/or used interior or exterior wood that does not have residues from previous treatments. Utensil cleaning: Varsol.

Between 18 and 24 m²/gallon with two (2) coats depending on the hardness of the wood. ​ Flammable product. It is not classified as dangerous. It has components of medium toxicity, for its handling the minimum safety and hygiene measures must be maintained, the appropriate personal protection elements (mask, gloves, glasses, etc.). Do not eat, drink and smoke during the application. In case of ingestion seek medical attention immediately. In the event of a spill, collect the material in containers to avoid contamination of water sources or sewers. Empty containers must be recycled. Store in original closed containers and away from all sources of ignition. The storage place should be in a cool dry and well ventilated area. Containers must remain closed when not in use.

STABILITY
From 12 to 18 months from the date of manufacture in the original unopened container. Once opened, use in the shortest possible time.
